Do you donate a portion of sales?
Yes. 10% of every purchase supports healthcare and public health causes in the U.S. Your daily coffee actually makes a difference.
Are your coffees single-origin or blends?
We offer both. Our single-origin coffees highlight unique flavor profiles from regions like Bali, Colombia, Sumatra, and Ethiopia.
Our blends (like Max Caffeine, Morning Catalyst, and The Glass is Half Caff) are crafted for balanced flavor and performance.
How fresh is your coffee?
Very. Each order is roasted on demand and shipped directly for maximum freshness—no warehouse storage or mass production.
Is your coffee organic?
While not all farms carry organic certification, we prioritize farms with sustainable and ethical growing practices. Some offerings may be organic depending on the origin.
How should I store my coffee to keep it fresh?
To keep your coffee fresh, store it in an airtight container in a cool, dark place. Avoid storing coffee in the fridge or freezer, as moisture can affect the flavor. For the best taste, we recommend using your coffee within two weeks of opening.
Do you offer ground coffee or just whole beans?
We offer both whole beans and pre-ground coffee. While we recommend whole beans for the freshest cup, we also grind our coffee to order, so you can enjoy a convenient option without sacrificing flavor.
Is your decaf chemical-free?
Yes! Our decaf uses a Clean Water Process, not chemicals—so you get original flavor without compromise.
Shipping questions
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 2–3 business days after roasting. Delivery within the U.S. typically takes 3–5 business days depending on your location.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. You can use this to follow your coffee’s journey and know exactly when to expect it at your door.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
Can I change or cancel my order?

Do you offer subscriptions?
Yes! Select your favorite coffee & you'll be able to receive weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly at a discount.
Returns & Refunds
Do you accept returns?
For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on coffee.
However, if something is wrong with your order, we will make it right.
What if my coffee arrived damaged or incorrect?
Email us at support@leadersofhealthcare.com with your order number and photos—we’ll send a replacement or refund.
